Omega Speech and Debate | Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
To reserve your spot, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. This deposit cannot be refunded for any reason.

Refunds will only be given if Omega or our coaches are unable to provide the program as promised. If that happens, any refund will be prorated based on how much of the program has already been completed.

Please note: Omega does not offer refunds for personal reasons, such as missing classes, deciding to stop debate, or joining another program.

Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due by:

  • August 20th for Fall Classes

  • December 15th for Winter/Spring Classes

General Policies

  • After registering, all required forms must be submitted by the listed deadlines.

  • By registering, you agree to pay the full program fee.

  • Students are expected to follow all rules set by Omega Speech and Debate and our coaches.
